There has been huge mass of people leaving in the last few months and some not being replaced and clients are feeling the downstream impact.
ELT isn't aware of what is happening within the company. CEO wants us to "move faster" but we can't keep up with the work that we have today.
PTO policy is garbage and company claims it's above industry standard, even though most software companies give out unlimited PTO. Company claims that because of their work/lift balance, they don't need to increase PTO. It's hard to have work/life balance when you're working all the time.
Modern Hire used to be Montage and Shaker - and it's clear that ELT only cares about the Shaker product, even though a large part of revenue comes from the Montage product.
Lastly, there has been so many cases come up where the perception is that the company isn't a great place for women to work. This probably stems from an incident in 2020 where someone in ELT was chosen over the word of a woman. This caused the CEO to leave and many people followed suit.
