Pros
The owner is nice, but there's a ton of problems.
Cons
Everything seemed great at first, but then I realized there was alot of knee-jerk hiring and firing. They let a number of people die to financial instability. There's no processes in place and because of it it's high stress and alot of the blame game. The HR lady Bethany is extremely disrespectful to other employees and micromanages people, and the owner allows it. Clients are constantly angry because things are mishandled.
