Family owned, Worst employee health insurance I have ever worked for. Pay wages are keep secret i am guess people doing the exact same jobs are making a lot more than others. Pay and day shift positions, and amount of vacation time are negotiated during the interview process. Seniority means nothing here. Normally a 35 cent yearly wage unless you go to the right church. The only career advancement is to mgmt.
