Good benefits including quality healthcare for little to no cost, free lunch, and opportunities for certifications and specialized trainings. Opportunity to learn different aspects of the business since the company is small. Your work can have a direct impact on the company.

Cons

Poor direction and decision making from senior leadership. Used to feel like a place that valued its employees, but current leadership does not value the time or talent of their team. Talented, hardworkers are rewarded and promoted the same as underperformers. Poor communication across the whole organization.
