Poor staff retention, terrible management, very focused on making money over patient care. Toxic work culture. No communication between management and staff. Terrible

The company WAS great to work for until recent changes by at the parent company (Zenitas Healthcare caused upheaval across all the sites as they effectively sacked (made redundant) the Practice Managers and forced the hand of some others. This has subsequently led to complete chaos! The parent company Zenitas are explaining it away as “adjusting to change” but it feels as if we were all riding along on a rudderless ship! Having lost so many people from all levels (walking out due to the interference from above). Be careful if you are considering working at one of the sites, they are incredibly short staffed causing great stress and anxiety on the fantastic staff left behind. These cuts will in turn will ultimately lead to a sub-standard level of care for our patients and perhaps even have potential health implications for staff and patients alike.
