Pros
Company vehicle, vacation(can only use in the winter), personal time and health benefits. Nothing more to say.
Cons
This is not a good place to work. Management does not treat their employees fairly or with respect. Scheduling is wildly inconsistent. One day you will clock out between 7-9pm and the next day you're done by noon. Employees who's job is to schedule services can't even schedule without manager's approval, so if you try to fix your schedule and you're manager isn't in the office or doesn't feel like dealing with it, you are out of luck. Job titles and expected duties mean nothing. You will be directed (not asked) to take on other employees responsibilities on a daily basis, and don't expect to be rewarded for it, because you won't. There are very few opportunities for advancement and no incentive to do so since you will take a pay cut to become a manager. Vacations are nice except management dictates when you can take them which is in the winter only and when no one else is scheduled off so it becomes a free for all to schedule time off. If you make a suggestion to improve anything you will be retaliated against with a warning for "having a bad attitude* and/or scheduling heavy workloads and all the weekend work they can find. And oh yea, plan on working every weekend. They tell you when you're hired that they attempt to keep weekends clear of work but that's a lie.
