Pros

Offers an opportunity for producers to start and run their own business. A lot of people want to do this but don't have the resources, proper book size, experience, or risk tolerance to make the jump. Modern Reign helps with all of that and allows people to start and run a company when they wouldn't otherwise.

Cons

Very producer focused and high energy. When you go to work, go to work.
