      Some flexibility and can make ok money.

      Cons

      The management is honestly very poor. It comes from the top and works its way down. Beware, if you mess up you will get yelled at for your mistake. No real training or help.

      Relaxed atmosphere with the ability to make good money and create your own hours as long as you put the work in.

      Cons

      Ownership was not very involved and not available for the average employee. Commission only structure and did not provide any benefits.
