Pros

Seemed a great company at first but as time progressed and I began to gain more hours, the true colors came out. The staff I worked with were pretty great, guess that's the only pro.

Cons

The pay is pretty crappy for the amount of work they want you to do. They claim that we are suppose to support the client, teach them how to do it but in reality they expect you to do the work for them. I did not get hired to be a maid, if I did, my paycheck should have been higher. Very unprofessional throughout. Had trouble getting paid.

Great beginner experience to have if interested in working with individuals with disabilities.

Must remind supervisor when you’ve taken days off in advance.

Flexible hours, worked with my schedule, great communication between DSP and managers. Amazing work environment

Last minute calls to cover shifts, minimum wage.
