The top senior management has no respect for, and an actual disdain for, the editorial process as well as the people who work in the editorial department. When an issue arises, the "leader" at MTC will side with external companies (advertisers) and throw the editorial dept. under the bus every time. Editorial received no support, only criticism, and is treated as if the company must "put up" with editorial, rather than realizing editorial IS the product they're selling. Top management is incompetent, inexperienced and does not listen to, nor take advice from virtually any employee (including the sales dept.). MTC is truly lost and I expect it to suffer a major loss in marketshare going forward. They are supposed to be a communication company, yet there is no communication from dept to dept., person to person. DO NOT WORK THERE.
