Oh my... where do I even begin? This place has so many issues that it's impossible to list them all out without going completely overboard, but I'll try my best to list the most abhorrent ones. 1. Management - Although the logistics supervisor does a decent job, it's the CFO you'll need to worry about. Any mistakes that occur will result in an angry phone call with her that includes berating and interrogations. The problem is that the CFO has no idea what goes on in the department and expects everything to be completed in the limited time frame you have. There were days where the department (yes, the whole department), could not leave until WAY past the clock. 2. Impossible demands - The CFO will make you or your coworkers go deliver packages PERSONALLY. By the time you finish, it'll be past 8 or 9 pm. 3. Leadership - The lack of leadership at this company is apparent. There is no direction on how to move up. 4. Pigeonhole - You're not going to be able to move up. They'll make false promises to you that you'll have the opportunity to move to different departments (if you haven't already turned in your two weeks notice), but that day never comes. The department is extremely understaffed to the point where they'll prioritize that over your own growth.
