Pros
Amazing work culture, like a family, small and intimate. A plus is working with beautiful products each day, and collaborating with incredible designers. It feels like each person at this company matters, and they have a say in the future trajectory of the company. Owners/managers treat their staff like family.
Cons
Requires a certain kind of self-initiative and time management to be successful. Each person must juggle multiple to-dos with sometimes little/no direction, so each must strike a balance between competing priorities, which can be a challenge.
