Do not join this company at all costs, as they are extremely stingy. The company culture reflects this, and they have no hesitation in kicking people out. The founders, who are a couple, make decisions in an inexplicable manner, and turnover is very high. Most people leaving there are essentially fired in a short time, even if their colleagues acknowledge their work.

From a sales perspective, company leadership is lost (at the founder level). They are difficult to work with. They are overly critical. They provide little to no constructive feedback. They have little to no sales experience themselves so their expectations do not align with reality and their go to market plan goes against many sales and industry norms. They have shown on multiple occasions to terminate employees for no legitimate reason (which is their right but not a great way to treat people) and oddly right before their equity vesting period is reached. They have no real HR department so there isn't much recourse on behalf of the employee.
