Benefits - I have never heard of such good benefits, Even government workers have less coverage. Maturity of the management: productive 1-on-1s focused on employee's well-being Care for their workers, presence in their lows and highs. Skill dev days, paid courses
Cons
even though it's hybrid, you can't work anywhere else except your home or the office - laptop can't be anywhere else - so no advantage of getaway while working.

Pros
The company management respect the employee's boundaries. Overtime isn't encouraged, and not allowed unless something urgent has piped up. Enjoy your 37,5 hours a week of work, no pressure. It's easy to fit personal life in the middle of your day, if you need it.
Cons
Whole I can't compare to many other companies, I often feel like the company doesn't organize enough parties and employee gathering - hence, not making it fun and nicely social. Also, the company is small, the products are limited. There is always so much you can grow
