Pros
good pay. most workers are good people and the culture, while a bit old fashioned if you're coming from the tech world, is pretty good in most of the company I saw. honestly if you get a chance to take a position in any other department you'll do pretty well. I hear engineering is overworked but gets you good experience.
Cons
from what I understand if you take this role you will be one of the something like eleven people to be in this position. Average length of employment is a year. Record is two. Do what I wasn't smart enough to do. Listen to all the one star ratings on glass door.
