Private company, close to home, good benefits, good work culture, and fantastic flexibility. I have a future here and good support. I hope to retire from here

Cons

I wear a lot of hats, so it can be stressful when it gets busy. Lacking a good 401k, and vacation time could be better

Steady work, nobody micromanages as long as you do your job.

Cons

No raise besides cola for 3+years. Pto and vacation are not split. 401k only matches 250$ year.

No Christmas bonus. No profit sharing to speak of. Total lack of appreciation for what we do on the shop floor.
