      Pros

      salary is given on last day of month

      Cons

      company makes promises but all false. CEO makes different rules for different employees. no benefits. management speaks things that make no sense. one projects go on for more than 8 months because stories keep changing daily. employees are trusted because english is good.

      Worst experience at Moentek

      It is Product based company and parent company is Convirza.

      Cons

      1. Poor management 2. No employee benefits scheme like PF, Helth insurance, low quality hardwares and very conjusted work place 3. They fired lot of employees in a one day without giving prior notice, without salary 4. Their tech leads don’t have good experience to lead the project 5. Internal politics

      The on-site team is quite helpful There is a Standard leave system There are quite a few opportunities to learn and grow There's freedom to think out-of-the-box

      Cons

      Toxic environment because management supports favouritism, doesn't really appreciate just acts like they do, no training on role front, no orientation, insufficient product training.
