Cons
I wouldn't necessarily call this a "con", but you will have to be willing to wear a few hats from time to time to help your coworkers out. We work as a team, so if you have a "that's not my job" mentality, then you may take issue with that.
An great product that is easy to get behind
A corporate culture that is very enthusiastic about its product
Cons
The company’s top managers are salesmen and this sets the tone for the company culture. They are constantly selling you something, so you would be wise to take what you are told with a grain of salt and be a little weary of the family-feel of the culture.
Management does not hesitate to leave bodies in their wake when strategic direction changes—and strategic direction is not steady.
