List is endless: 1. Salary doesn't come on time, Very uncertain. Times when it doesn't come at all 2. Lala Company no vision and mission. Just do what you are told 3. No clarity on future of the company or growth. One day you are doing something and other day you are doing something else 4. You forever wait for your clearance for reimbursements can take 3-4 months plus and btw we are still awaiting our F&F, its been ages 5. They commit to clients and don't deliver, ask you to cheat clients. When it becomes a mess and client doesn't want to pay up its your problem 6.Chairman threatens to fire you or non payment of your salary which he can anyways can do whenever he wants, if he thinks something hasn't been done the way he wants 7. No respect given to an employee, you are treated like a servant 8. You are made to stay back with out work to satisfy ego on any particular days and you can also be randomly called to work on the weekends 9. Solutions of the company don't work and you are still required to sell them in spite of management knowing about it. You are suppose to sell coz you are a sales person. 10. You are judged on the time spent in office not the work you do 11. CEO talks garbage and at times abuses the employees 12. They will use your problems against you rather than helping you 13. Use watsapp as a medium to take updates. Even if you are sleeping at 3 am, if a senior management person drops a message you are suppose to respond 14. If a client or official refuses to meet you on a particular day you are supposed to sit outside his or her office the entire day to attain what? no clue and also do your entire work 15. One day there is Mogae Media another day there is Tango Media, its like a child play, chilling and determining lets do this coz we dint do this well. 16 If you work here you will never work for a start up in your life. Trust me! TO SUM IT ALL ITS LIKE THE COMPANY BELIEVES IN THE FACT THAT EVEN IF YOU ARE DYING THEY WILL CALL YOU TO CHECK WHETHER THE DEAL HAS BEEN CLOSED AND PAYMENT HAS BEEN COLLECTED ONCE DONE THEY WILL SAY DIE IN PEACE!
