First of all let me make it very clear to all the job seekers reading this review, please do not go with the positive reviews mentioned on Glassdoor for this company. Employees have been forced to write positive reviews about the company to improve their reputation. It's all fake trust me on this ( you can figure this out by just cross checking the dates of all those reviews- almost all positive reviews made within 2 days I.e. 5th and 6th Dec 2016). Now coming back to the CONs about this company. 1.As per the higher Management Ethics and Integrity are the pillars of this organisation and ironically they are the ones who make a mockery of it. 2. Higher Management has been literally enjoying their time here as they are paid extremely high and have no sorts of experience at all and doing nothing productive here. 3. Hire and fire game. If you have no self respect for yourself this is the right place for you. 4. Bad Culture, worst working conditions, no employee engagement activities. 5. Big time safety issues for girls as office is located beside a low class slum type area and there have been instances where girls have been followed and even robbed to which management has done nothing. 6. CEO is very arrogant. Leadership team is a bunch of IIM and other premium institute graduates who are just following orders from the CEO with no backbone or decision making capability of any sorts. How can they stand for their team when they can't take a stand for themselves.
