      Pros

      They will hire literally anyone with a certification, no experience needed. Plenty of overtime if you want it.

      Cons

      Employees are treated terribly. Leadership does not care about you at all. Dispatch is always trying to find ways to get you in trouble (looking at station security cameras or ambulance dash cams to find any reason to write you up). Rules are not enforced evenly among employees. Treated poorly by local fire departments. Undermanned staff due to poor work conditions.
