- The company has great core values and holds all staff members accountable for these values - Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and colleagues are happy to help you and share their knowledge - Lots of possibilities to grow and learn new things - Social drinks and events - Hybrid working and flexible hours - People are trusted and there is absolutely no micromanagement - Very good benefits package (training allowance for courses you’re interested in, private medical insurance etc)

Moixa is a fact moving company that operates on the leading edge of renewable electricity technology. The people here are committed and passionate about the mission of driving a more sustainable world. The management team are committed to continual improvement and employee wellbeing.
Cons
Being a fast moving company, in an evolving field, long-term direction and is sometimes not 100% clear. This is probably more a factor of the being on the leading edge of new technology than the company itself.
