Pros
Nice office area where people on a team tend to eat together, good organization of responsibilities.
Cons
The work tends to be monotonous, workspaces and hardware are less than ideal as well. While I mentioned as a positive 'good organization of responsibilities', I felt my responsibilities were largely unimportant, which was frustrating.
