Great employees. Ability to work from home. Chance to work with well-known brands. Employee morale may start to shift with DEG taking ownership.
Cons
Long hours, unrealistic client & management expectations, unfulfilled promises of a 401k match, Moku cruise, Moku family vacation, Moku beach house for employee use, etc. The passive-aggressive management styles from the top down breeds a culture of unrest, waste and inefficiencies.
