This employee wrote 2 of the same reviews, this and the previous one. He since came back to us, apologized for his behavior and acknowledged his behavior was not such that the team was important to him. He has asked twice to return to work for the company.

Pros

Pay well if you subject yourself to their harassment.

Cons

Your mental health will deteriorate so much you may become suicidal and they will cover it up. Both owners will die in their chairs from their multiple heart attacks before they give you a raise. They will tell you you are over paid and then guilt you into working more for less. They prey on people with nothing going for them and then force them to work to the bone .

This employee was new to the industry. Already in his late 30s, this was his first full time job. At first he was present at work and we had great hopes for him. About a month in, he started calling in sick and asking to work from home a lot. His work started to decline and we became aware he was struggling with some outside issues and offered to assist. Roughly 90 days in, he informed his team lead that he had signed an apartment lease in another state and planned to work remote. At such an early stage of training- working remote was not an option, which upset him. Without notice, he left his laptop in a desk drawer and later emailed a resignation letter. We had really seen potential in this individual, it just was not the right time in his personal life. We wish him luck.

You will learn to identify fragile ego and poor leadership by observing management.

Cons

- Constantly changing and questionable payroll practices - High employee turnover - No consistent onboarding or training practices - Feedback is met with personal criticism or flat-out anger - Constantly changing software systems and personnel hinder day-to-day job activities - Poor/no office culture - 10 pm emails that could wait til the morning or never - Management mood changes abruptly and to extremes

This review was written by an employee who came into the wholesale side of our industry. At our company we have an amazing onboarding and training process, but it is self paced to allow for your own time management. This employee never completed the process and so they felt lost and were taking up other team members time asking questions. During this timeline, we did not change any software- the employee was in sales and we added a crm, but again- he did not show up for any of the training and was aggressive when asked to implement in order to build his business. Every company has individuals like this, come in, resist learning the process and complain the entire time. We are here to be a team and help people find success, but if you don't do your part- then it won't work. This employee was with us for 3 months, and when they left- still had not completed the initial onboarding. In life if you want to succeed, you have to invest and do the work- not blame others.
