      Good mission, bad environment

      Has some people that genuinely care about the client and the mission

      Cons

      The company constantly boasts about opportunities for career advancement but the promises are empty. The manager I had has a temper and will show it if you ask for their help. They will constantly complain about others on the team not doing their share but never hands out appropriate discipline then will get upset and drag the entire team through the fire when nothing changes. The company is still recovering from an incident that caused it to shut down and lose at least one major partnership which lead to layoffs in a kitchen in April 2023, office and sales layoffs in November 2023 and recently just laid off more people at another kitchen.

      point system for work absence is pathetic If you miss work you get a point If you are sick and get a doctor's note you still get 1/2 a point. I worked here for a year or so and it used to be 10 points for termination now it is 8. Not a good place of you happen to be a human and get sick. To top it off your pto will be used when your sick. Also your paycheck is from taxes so pretty dirty money.

      Company mission is good. They care about clients. Overtime is paid for hourly employees.

      Cons

      Turnover is insane, demand for task completion does not match pay, consistently understaffed, very few people at the hourly level care about the quality of their work, expectations from upper management exceed feasible amounts given staffing issues
