The company invests an unprecedented amount of time and energy into individual growth and mentorship. The role of designer at Moment is broad in scope and gives you ample opportunity to expand into new areas. Not only is there no formal differentiation between visual designers and experience designers, but designers also act as consultants and everyone is client facing right out of the gates. If you're interesting in developing any of the skill sets, Moment is a perfect place to make that leap. The work itself is challenging, complex and diverse and the people are everything you could every want from a group of coworkers. Smart, open, supportive, fun.
