Pros

This is by far the best company I have ever worked with! There was immediate support and camaraderie from the moment I was hired. My mentors walked me through the process of onboarding with the company, and continue to guide and coach me on a daily basis. Beyond that, the culture at this company is so supportive, friendly, positive, and genuine. I've found my forever work home!

Cons

You MUST be motivated and self-driven to succeed with this company. Not really a con, more of a consideration.

Income is commission-based, which can make the early stages financially challenging for some people. Frequent meetings and outreach expectations may require significant time commitment. Conferences and travel events are encouraged and generally paid for by the agent.
