Pros

The benefits were affordable and paid covered parking for specific employees; if management approved. There are really no Pros about this place, other than the exposure to the clientele portfolio.

Cons

The previous reviews stands very true about this non-professional company. They use profanity very loosely throughout the office daily and during meetings, yet they want to dictate on how and when you socialize during and after work hours, they're insensitive to work/life balance. Inconsistent in their company policies. Their production measurement is extremely unfair and unrealistic on all levels. The company's management is very cliche, click-ish, callous, superior, non-supportive, use double-standards, attempts to be intimidating to in-force fear and unprofessional.

I liked being with momentous, but the team I was with wasn’t great. But others seemed better to me

Cons

Again team specific, didn’t feel like I was moving up and just kept on being pushed to do the same thing every single day, and my team felt very clique-y
