transparent leadership most of the time, great culture, great co-workers, office was beautiful and located in a nice area
Cons
they shut the LA office down without warning and required everyone to move to Utah to keep their jobs. This was only 12 months after opening up the LA office and requiring people to move there.
Ever feel like you were always done? That's how I felt working here.
Cons
As a former nurse, let me tell you how infuriating it was to constantly ask for help or resources and be met with a flat-out "no" every single time. We were shouting into a void, pleading for what we needed to do our jobs safely and effectively,, but nobody was listening. We were left completely alone, having to scrape by with whatever we could find or make do with. This wasn't just incovenient, it was downright dangerous.
