Uncomfortable work environment (cliquey, cold, lack of transparency) Many of the 5 star reviews seem padded Appears to be human but really the stress for making numbers is too intense Senior members dont give guidance or appropriate reporting structures to make staff feel safe

However, the management's lack of transparency and weak communication, especially around decisions that impacted employees, left a lot to be desired. Sadly, these issues overshadowed what could have been a much more positive work environment. When it came to letting people go, there was little consideration for the human side of things, which made the situation even more disappointing.
