Typical agency issues with client's changing their goals. The team already manages expectations and this is just the nature of agency life.

Pros
FUN team with great culture, benefits, flexibility, WFH, trust in colleagues to get the job done in the best way possible. Each employee has access to ownership and can impact positive change. Management is always trying to improve processes and engagement.
Cons
Projects and clientele can be challenging at times, but the supportive team environment makes it manageable. Lots of moving parts so adaptability is key with all the changing industry standards. Momentum is definitely a place that allows employees to spread their wings and grow which is scary for some.
