      Pros: Getting to help lovely clients

      Cons

      Upper management and co-workers basically have beef. You can tell they are in it for the money. There is also very little support for the good people who work there. They consistently hire lazy people who do not work. I’ve seen clients get bare minimum care. Unfortunately I quit because I was one of the only staff who wouldn’t neglect clients. I would never recommend working for this company or subjecting your loved ones to a quality of care so low.

      Pros

      Mission is worthwhile. Most of the staff are dedicated and committed to the mission of the organization.

      Cons

      Management lacks transparency. They deliberately withhold information and keep employees in the dark, as if they’re hiding something. Management does not practice the values that they ask employees to display in the office premises. They tolerate toxic behavior of employees in leadership positions, which say a lot about the kind of negative workplace environment they cultivate. If you value your mental health, stay away from this place.
