We get paid? No performance reviews means you don’t really have to work hard.
Cons
Management consistently gaslights, lies, (verbally) abuses, cheats, and hides truths from employees. Management told us raises were coming, but instead reduced the health benefits (and charged more for them.) they did give raises to managers though. Management has yelled at employees with not professional wording on several occasions. Management has preferably treated some employees over others. Management not held accountable to their missed promises. (Raises, health insurance, move to new building, work on new building, bad software choices, missed schedules, etc) These are all red flags in toxic relationships, so I stopped recommending people to work here. People are quitting left and right, for good reason.
