Good benefits package Overall positive culture with the exclusion of the EVS department. Professional and welcoming staff throughout the hospital, you will be thanked almost daily for the work you do.

Cons

Specific to EVS department only: Low pay, but you can negotiate your rate during the hiring process. Verbally abusive supervisor. High turnover. Severely understaffed department. Lack of training . Favoritism. Low morale.

Hours, pay. Most of this hospital is not designed to support APPs. Location is somewhat difficult .

Pros

Truly a family-like atmosphere in which to work. Coworkers are friends. I care for people I know on a regular basis, which adds meaning to what I do every day. Pay is good for the area. Quality of life in the area cant be beat in my mind.

Cons

A small hospital setting that isn't for those wanting a lot of action.
