      - Lots of work and fast iterations - Team collaboration - A bunch of contribution opportunities, your voice and opinion are heard - Autonomy and ownership

      Cons

      Not sure if this is a con, but make sure you know and understand the pace at a startup goes, because this one goes much faster than usual, lots of work to get done, and a lot of autonomy required!

      •⁠ Sometimes you will have to put in some extra work due to critical dead lines or commitments with external companies. Things expected in a startup. Probably not for everyone.

      Great Salary, Commission structure and Bonus. 10+ Leads per day! Great Morale. Opportunities for advancement in management. Room for growth.

      Cons

      Being a start up it has its challenges. Install time lines can take long but timelines are shortening. No retirement packages however, they do offer stock options.
