Pros

Good people, pay was OK. Tight knit group of pros that had good camaraderie.

Cons

The turnover rate was insane. It's a business after all.

This is a very small company but they are backed by NHN from Korea. This is a good thing because they then can have the resources of a big company but they keep that "start-up" atmosphere.

Cons

Nice place to work if you "fit-in" but if you don't then you will feel very uncomfortable there. Also, if you are not a fan of the start-up atmosphere stay away. When I was there I experience a big lack of any communication between people there so it is difficult to get anything done, and there is a complete lack of chain of command. This may have changed and I hope it has. I was not even told who my direct report was when I started. No one on-boarded me.
