      Pros

      Great fleet, and completely amazing maintenance staff. The aircraft were always ready to go, and spent minimal time in the hangar.

      Cons

      Extreme lack of communication, and consistent HR violations. I was fired with no cause and told it's policy not to discuss why, which is legal. But to do so via email as I drove into work isn't the best way of doing it.
