Pros
The owner of the company proudly works directly with the crews. Makes sure his employees have what they need for the job and isn't afraid to support his team in tough situations. Safety is always a priority there and family oriented.
Cons
The company has work all over the Big Island and across the state so traveling back and forth can be tiring but if you are younger and up for it then being this ambitious can be for you.
