Free food, some people are kind, good customer service experience.

Bad pay, family owned and run so there’s accountability for leadership, disorganized, rules are not the same for everyone, no support in furthering your career or role in company, catty at times, everyone’s moody, owner is unkind and miserable.
The pay is good and the hours are wonderful if you need hours. Learning new techniques, and ways to prepare dishes were my favorite thing about this job
The sous chefs were amazing and taught me much knowledge as I was in the schooling stage of my career.

My personal experience the lack of care for the employees and the environment was not friendly.
