      Pros

      They have air conditioning in the summer and heat in winter

      Cons

      They yell at staff, use bully tactics and try to intimidate employees into unethical practices and their goal is to make staff cry. Management justifies yelling and cursing and is very condescending. It is very unprofessional, unorganized and egocentric. Stay away. If you are good at what you do, you will find better jobs, better culture and better pay.

      It was pretty bad. Actually a horrible job. I don’t recommend this company at all if you ask me.

      Cons

      No chance to move up. They will abandon you at a property and forget about you, office never picks up. Horrible
