One of the worst company i've ever worked for. Poor management, poor training, poor progression opportunities and theres a few things going on their that aren't legal.

Great work life balance, Company really look after their staff. Strong Senior Management team who strive to constantly make Monarch an even better place to work. Amazing incentives and everyone feels like family. Hard work is always rewarded
