Pros
From the technical interview process to negotiations to starting the position, it was a good experience. I was nervous going through a staffing firm, because it's been so long since I had to be in the position of searching for a job and times have changed. It no longer easy getting a job. It was nice to have someone be there with you step by step giving interview advice, coaching and answering any concerns that I had. I am so happy they helped me out when I needed it. So far, the company and job is great.
