The job is very good. I had little experience and was given free training and on-boarding. the Flexible scheduling system is easy and made it very convenient to work when I wanted to and around my University Schedule. The people are what make this job fun tho, great managers and team mates. for a simple part time job the Culture was a great refreshing change.

Cons

Not as much opportunity for advancement. I have been here 2 years and havent been promoted yet

Missing shifts from paycheque Several times not paid enough Ignore emails for paycheque complaints Guaranteed to under pay in cheques a few times. Paycheque sent by mail every two weeks - will receive pay for a shift 1 month after working it. Decreased hourly wage for no reason.
