      Pros

      For the most part, the office employees strive to do as best a job as possible. The employee engagement is really top notch. Work-life balance seems to be a very important pillar of the facility culture. There was immense exposure to various facets of a global company. Good pay.

      Cons

      Office politics. Favoritism was a inevitable consequence of office politics. More importantly, career development is also stifled. Lack of solid leadership in various areas. Discord between production and office employees.

      Pros

      The people I worked with were great. Good team players trying to do the right thing for customers.

      Cons

      Upper management makes drastic decisions to reduce costs (increase profits) with dramatic results for customers. Mondi employees credibility suffers with customers due to the numerous plant closures, staff and cost reduction efforts.

      Good company Overall, but too spread out.

      Pros

      European based company that brings some of the more family/personal life centered values that overseas companies have but the US doesn't. lot's of opportunity for growth, but much of it requires a willingness to relocate. Compensation is usually at or above market value.

      Cons

      Small management teams built of people that have mostly worked their way up, so there are some systemic problems that have continued to persist. Growth opportunities generally require relocating to another state or country. Compensation is pretty good, as is the 401K plan, but the other benefits are not the best (not the worst either.)
