      Pros

      Everyone is really friendly and a great work atmosphere.

      Cons

      The pay is absolutely PATHETIC, sorry but very true. How is anyone meant to pay their bills and rent and other basic expenses when you seriously do not earn enough. And more than half the office agree, I am constantly getting told by people about how bad they struggle from week to week and how much debt they are in and basics they have to go without. And it is very hard to come into work and be all INSPIRED to raise funds when we are all totally stressed out about how are we going to pay this bill and that. With the cost of living today our pay just does not add up. It sucks. So it can only ever be a short term job.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere and culture within the workplace. The casual employment rate was the highest per hour I had ever experienced. I Have made lifelong friends at Mondial as well as getting the opportunity to learn about sales, marketing, HR and raise funds for some amazing charities. Would highly recommend.

      Cons

      Unfortunately turnover is high due to a large amount of employee's being on working holiday visa's, and so friends will come and go. Though this is a good opportunity to learn to deal with change and to adapt to new faces.

      Pros

      Pick your shift hours. Develop some skills and can be a challenge if that's what you want. Quite Positive environment to work within. I like that there is a mixture of Aussies, English and Irish. As when I first started there wasn't many Aussies but Aussies now take up the majority on the call floor.

      Cons

      Can get a little repetitive if left on same campaign. When I first started they had great inscentive games and rewards. Although they do have games they don't have the rewards they use too. ( As it gives you something to compete for)
