Although the company appears international and diverse, there is a noticeable imbalance within teams. Particularly in Sales, a few local employees seem to receive priority in terms of benefits and compensation, which can create a discouraging environment for international staff. Layoffs happen frequently, approximately every three months, reflecting a lack of strategic planning and long-term vision. The company’s product and growth strategy feel limited compared to competitors, who are often delivering more effectively. Resources are extremely constrained, with teams expected to work with minimal budget and recognition. Senior leadership tends to have an attitude that employees should simply feel grateful to work there, with little to no support for fair compensation or career development.
