      - Good community of coworkers. Everyone has been extremely kind and helpful. - Generally have an 'if you can learn it, you can do it' attitude. They are open to hiring people from any professional background and teaching them everything they need to know to work at Moneta. - FREE SNACKS AND SODAS!

      It's a culture of highly technical experts focused on going further into the details than most other firms. This is why so many clients stay with Moneta long-term.

      Cons

      Coming to Moneta from another firm can require a fair amount of retraining to be able to handle the expectations of large clients, but it's also good training for a career.
