I have no pro for this company.

Cons

The CEO & upper management are horrible . Staff are rude. No one answer the phones except the collection dept. The culture is toxic. I would not recommend anyone to Apply here.

Pros

You get experience to work at a commercial bank or a more creditable credit union. Holiday party and company events are special but really for the CEO to socialize.

Cons

Hassle work environment. Nepotism and favoritism used when promoting. It is a lot of workplace drama. The majority of people have been there for five plus years so it's a tight circle. Promotions only occur when someone quits or retires.
