Pros
This was a great company, once. The team rallies around each other and watches out for each other, but that team is dwindling. The product is still one of the most technically accurate financial planning tools available.
Cons
The lack of reinvestment in the company over the past several years is finally causing the company to falter. The owner bullies his employees, underpays and tells employees that's "all their worth," doesn't invest in marketing, lies to customers about the company's cyber security, fakes audits, and the list goes on

Pros
The company has a base of customers, which is good for an ongoing revenue stream and company and employee security.
Cons
Product development is underfunded, poorly supported, and seems to be a couple of years behind the competition. The company burns through talented, highly qualified staff at an alarming rate, has no real management team, and appears intent on staying that way. The president is quite poor at communicating with, and is often hostile towards, employees, customers, and industry partners. It appears that the goal is to minimally satisfy the remaining customers for at least long enough to assure the president's retirement.
